We LOVE to celebrate the holiday season here in Cabo. There’s something to be said about enjoy a sunny Christmas or sand-filled Hanukkah. While presents are always fun to give and receive, being present in the moment with the ones you love is a gift in and of itself.

2. The Weather

There is a reason people love to visit the Baja Peninsula in the winter. Well, there are a lot of reasons, but the one we’re focusing on is the ideal temperatures. Average highs in November are 83 degrees and December are 79 degrees. Get your flip flops and bathing suits ready!

3. Striped and Blue Marlin

While anglers enjoy amazing sportfishing conditions year round, there is something to be said about these winter months. Striped and Blue Marlin take center stage in the fishing world, and that is certain to make a lot of people happy. Cabo’s private charters, like Pisces Sportfishing, are the perfect hosts for your fishing excursion.

4. The Art

The popularity of Cabo in the winter means there is a lot to do and see. And what better to see than the many art galleries in the San Jose del Cabo’s historic center. Not only can you wander the beautiful cobblestone streets anytime of day, you can enjoy the weekly San Jose Art Walk. It runs all winter long (until April, actually).

5. A New Years To Remember

Cabo San Lucas likes to go out with a bang, and so do we! Every year, Cabo puts on a stunning fireworks show that you can enjoy from the beach, one of the beachfront restaurants or even your ocean-facing terrace at Villa La Estancia.
