It’s safe to say, February is a month of love. And for all those visiting Cabo San Lucas, a trip to Lover’s Beach in Los Cabos is a MUST! One of the region’s, maybe the country’s, most famous and most beautiful beaches, Lover’s Beach is iconic.
In addition to the beautiful stretch of sand, you’ll love the rocky landscape surrounding Cabo’s Lover’s Beach including the Arch and Neptune’s Finger. Out at Lover’s, there’s not much in the way of amenities like bathrooms, showers or food. Be prepared for your trip, and make sure to bring your towel, sunscreen (no trees and not much shade), and snacks. If you’re looking to get underwater, bring your snorkeling gear. Thanks to its clear waters, Lover’s is a popular snorkeling spot. It is worth mentioning that the surf is not as calm as other popular snorkeling spots, like Chileno.
While just a few minutes walk away, it’s a world of difference between Lover’s Beach and its counterpart, Divorce Beach. One of the most popular beaches in Cabo, Divorce Beach features breathtaking views of the Pacific and offers a great vantage point for watching sunset. Don’t take a dip in the water though! Divorce Beach is not a swimmable Pacific Ocean beach due to strong currents and undertows.
