We’re back at the table again! Enjoying all the culinary treats sister-city San Jose del Cabo restaurants have to offer, it’s our favorite part of our job! We already covered part 1 of our foodie tour (Read Here), and now we’re moving up a rung. This go-round we are covering those mid-range restaurants and casual spots visitors have got to try!
You may have heard about La Osteria, as it was the location of an impromptu U2 concert. It’s also a beautiful open-air bar/restaurant just off the main square of San Jose’s Centro Historico. Guests love the atmosphere, expansive bar menu and live music.
The Cabo San Lucas staple, Mi Casa, recently expanded to San Jose del Cabo, and we’re pretty stoked about it. Already a favorite of ours, it’s nice to see another beautiful location with a charm all its own. Located in San Jose’s Gallery District, Mi Casa is known for tasty (and sizable) margaritas and traditional Mexican dishes. There is both indoor and outdoor courtyard seating. We’re pretty partial to our ceviche under the stars. Be prepared to leave with more than leftovers…Mi Casa sells unique local goods including the famous Katarina figures and decorative skulls.
Located on the edge of Plaza Mijares in the historic San Jose Del Cabo, Tropicana Restaurant is a popular restaurant for visitors. According to the website, they’re menu features “pre-Colombian Aztec Soup and contemporary fresh seafood.” Tropicana is a popular spot for all meals including their filling breakfasts and refreshing lunches.
