Recently, La Estancia Vacations had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and head chef at Mi Cocina, Loic Tenoux. He let us in on an exciting addition coming very soon to his popular San Jose del Cabo restaurant.
Tenoux and his Mi Cocina team will be introducing a fantastic new oyster bar with delicious menu staples and a rotating selection of creative oyster creations.
